After a career spent on Kellogg’s business creating advertising with iconic brand characters, I finally got a chance to personalize my own Kellogg’s “critters”. And the lovable, wisecracking farm animals “EET & ERN” were born. This campaign was a first ever multi-media loyalty program for Kellogg’s with a call to action to collect codes – go on-line – get stuff! The program was supported by online games/cartoons and was promoted via e-blasts, online advertising and a large offline campaign; including print, TV, POP and in-store promotions.

This campaign was great fun to create and collaborate on. It also served as the starting point for a few current Hollywood “big names”. –The television spots were directed by Oscar nominated Bennett Miller of “Capote”, “Money Ball” and “Fox Catcher”. EET and ERN were casted with Judah Friedlander of “30 Rock” and Michael Coleman of “Arrested Development” and “Curb Your Enthusiasm”.
